Depending on the type of insurance coverage you have, a referral may be required for chiropractic visits.  We are in-network with Keystone Healthcare East and ask that you DO obtain a referral from your primary care physician prior to your first visit.

• Patients can schedule an office visit without seeking a prescription from a primary care physician for chiropractic or acupuncture.
• Doctor of Chiropractic can write prescriptions for X-rays, MRIs, bloodwork and EMGs for all insurances EXCEPT Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. *Some plans require a precertification for MRI studies.
• In some cases, this office may refer patients to other healthcare providers when our practitioner feels that additional or complementary health care services are in the best interest of our patients.
• We strongly support the efforts of your caregivers in your treatment and will make every effort to interact with any provider you wish to ensure the best possible outcome for you.

Our chiropractic services are often covered by insurance. Wagner Integrative Therapies proudly accepts Medicare and Medicare Supplements, all local and out of state Blue Cross/Blue Shield, AmeriHealth, United HealthCare, and all High-Deductible health insurance plans. In addition, Chiropractic services are in Network with Blue Cross Personal Choice and Keystone HMO.

Insurance is more complicated than ever before, yet most plans offer in and out-of-network benefits for chiropractic. Many plans even offer acupuncture benefits now. We will happily verify your coverage and benefits prior to your treatment and will assist you in understanding the choices your plan offers and estimate your out-of-pocket costs.

We are a Workman’s Compensation and Auto Injury provider. *We are unable to accept patients who are in litigation unless they are covered by private insurance or willing to pay for treatment at the time of care.

Some of our services are NOT covered by Healthcare Insurance. We offer state-of-the-art treatments that are not yet covered by ANY insurance. We offer package discounts for these services. We also have special discounts available to our Medicare patients and former or active-duty military for some therapies when insurance coverage is not available.
