I’m a retired Registered Nurse, a fun-loving, active Grandmother who has always exercised regularly, enjoyed years of sailing, skating and skiing. Unfortunately, about 10 years ago I started having back problems. (Diagnosed with osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disorder, and some stenosis) I tried physical therapy, acupuncture and hypnosis with no real relief. In 2000 I was receiving medical epidural procedures.  My attending physician recommended that I see Dr. J. Adam Wagner, who, with his specialized therapy, helped me to have 5 – 6 relatively painless years.

When I injured myself about 2 years ago, I knew I needed to seek out Dr. Wagner’s help again. His new state-of-the-art Decompression Table, along with his knowledge of treatment and dedication to my improvement, has helped me feel like a functional human being again.
